Walking Bushie can be used as a surrogate hot spring or inn in the sense that it revitalizes the party without cost or consequence.

Walking Bushies can heal a party member by up to 60 HP with their Lifeup α ability. They can remove all status ailments from one party member as well, in which the message "Walking Bushie generated a wind of fresh sensation! name felt refreshed!" appears. It can also use Hypnosis α. After a while, the message "The Walking Bushie greeted everyone politely and left." will appear, in which the encounter ends. The abysmal 8 EXP they grant makes them not worth actually fighting.

Battle Memory

Walking Bushies are enemies encountered in the Mt. Oriander area in Mother 3. These are simply sleepy, bush-like creatures that are first encountered by Flint in Chapter 1 and can be seen until Chapter 7.

Unlike most enemies, Walking Bushies do not deal any damage: in battle, they either heal a party member with Lifeup α, use a wind of fresh sensation to remove all status ailments from a character, or put someone to sleep with Hypnosis α. If they are not defeated or run away from, they can greet everyone politely and leave, similar to Grouchos in Mother that can exit the battle after saying "Hello" and walking away.
