The Virtual Console is a feature of the Nintendo Wii, Nintendo Wii U and Nintendo 3DS that allows players to download and play select titles released for prior Nintendo (and other companies') consoles.
EarthBound and EarthBound Beginnings are both released on the Wii U Virtual Console. There is no word of a Mother 3 release on the Virtual Console in the US and Europe.
