The Treehouse is a hidden building in Onett in EarthBound. Three of Ness's friends are inside and he can get the Mr. Baseball cap from the one in the red cap.
To get inside, go behind the library and behind the lookout, move right into the trees, then move north through the path to get to the entrance.
