The Psychic Psycho is an enemy that appears in the Fire Spring area in EarthBound. It resembles a human with a suit made of red fire and an HDM-Like device covering part of its head. The only attacks that it can use are PSI Fire α and PSI Fire β. It is weak against PSI Freeze.
There is also a stronger version of this enemy in the same area called the Major Psychic Psycho.
