Ness using PSI Rockin β

PSI Rockin (PK Kiai) is a PSI ability in EarthBound. It works on all enemies and has the possibility of decreasing one of the targets' Psychic Shield strength by 1. PSI Rockin is realized in EarthBound by Ness, and is also used by Giygas in the game's final battle. Ness's Nightmare is also capable of using the attack. At its Ω level, its power is rivaled only by PSI Starstorm Ω, PK Love Ω (appears in Mother 3 rather than EarthBound), and (to an extent) PSI Freeze Ω.

Like the four main characters, King, and Ness' favorite food, PSI Rockin can be given a unique name by the player when asked what the player's favorite thing is before the story begins.

Unlike PK Love, it has no out-of-battle effect. But it, when used, displays a lot of harsh lights and loud sounds. The power depends on the level of PSI Rockin selected.
