Lou is a Mother 3 character who you can find in several chapters with his partner Bud.
Bud and Lou make a comical duo and show some short comedic acts when interacting with them. Lou seems to ruin the joke on some occasions and then will get elbowed in the side by Bud.
Lou seems to be the taller one of the duo, and resembles the same appearance as Duster .
His name is most likely a reference to Lou Costello, one half of the comedy team of Abbott and Costello.
