The Hint Booth is a location in EarthBound where the player can recieve hints. In Onett and many other towns, there is a person minding a "hint booth". Hints are $20 each in Onett, but will increase in price as the player progress through the game. After depositing a payment, the Hint Man will give the players a helpful hint aiding in their progress through the game. The Hint Booth is located in a one room house in whichever town it is in. This house is also indicated on the map.
