Fresh Mint is a status-healing item in Mother 3. It is dropped often by Arachnid! enemies found in Osohe Castle, which is the same place it becomes very useful. It cures the "Nausea" status ailment, which can be inflicted by Stinky Ghosts. It can be bought in most item shops.
