Manly Fishes are enemies in EarthBound in the Deep Darkness area. They resemble a fish/man hybrid wielding a spear. This spear is the main form of attack for Manly Fishes as they have no PSI powers. There is a stronger version of these enemies that appear in the same area called Manly Fish's Brother.
