Voice 1101 is nothing more than Shigesato Itoi saying “Okay ’su ka?” (OKすか?). This sound plays when the player confirms the name of a character. Despite being a short voice clip, the game still recognizes it as a song.

- The name for this weird track most likely comes from a website run by Itoi, 1101[1].
- Itoi said that phrase for the game, but he was unaware of it. Hirokazu Tanaka made him say it while secretly taping the conversation, and then added that expression to the game[2].
