Astonishing March is a battle theme in Mother 3. This marching theme is a bit simple, and usually plays when battling against certain Pigmasks. This music also plays when fighting unused enemies like Vapor 2 and Three Amigos. This battle theme is first heard when battling the Crag Lizard in chapter 1.
Toppling March[]
Toppling March is the alternate version. This version extends some parts of the song, at which time the rhythm stops completely; it then resumes at a seemingly random time. Studying the heartbeat before attempting to combo those parts is recommended. This song is first heard when battling Tree in chapter 1. The song may be named as such as attempting to march to this song is difficult and would likely cause one to topple over in the process.
