A Lotto Meal is a luck-based item found in Mother 3. It has no effects outside of battle, but if used in battle, it has various effects on the ally it is used on. When used, it may raise or lower Speed, Offense, or Defense by considerable amounts or inflict a status condition such as crying or strangeness. They can be purchased in Saturn Valley in Chapter 7 once the Pigmasks have been driven out or in New Pork City in Chapter 8.
