The Hot Spring Egg is an HP-recovering food item in Mother 3 that recovers about 100 HP. A Fresh Egg, which normally recovers about 80 HP will turn into a Hot Spring Egg if the player enters a Hot Spring with it in the inventory. It can be sold for 30 DP.
