Foppies are enemies in EarthBound. These are the most common enemies in Belch's Factory. Frequently, five or six Foppies can be found together and fought in a large group.
Foppies have pink, gelatinous spheroid bodies, two small semicircle feet and two black dots for eyes.
The Foppies are weak, basic enemies. However, they offer a sizable EXP pickup on their defeat, which can be beneficial for Ness and friends increasing their levels. After beating Master Belch, they disappear.
Their orange counterparts, Fobbies, can be found later in the caves of Lumine Hall.
Foppies are vulnerable to PSI Fire, PSI Freeze, Paralysis, and are susceptible to Brainshock.

Interestingly, Foppies resemble Sukapon, a character from the 1993 Famicom game, Mecha Joy Fighter.
