Arachnid!s are enemies in EarthBound and Mother 3. In both of their appearances, they are striped spiders. In EarthBound, Arachnid!s appear in the Rainy Circle from Jeff's travel to Threed to save Ness and Paula. In Mother 3, Arachnid!s only appear in Osohe Castle. During a battle with one or more Arachnid!s, an Arachnid! may drop down from the ceiling and enter the battle, thereby prolonging it. It is the weakest arachnid type enemy, and it lacks a Poison attack unlike it's EarthBound counterpart. They have a stronger form, the Arachnid!!!.
In Mother 3, its battle sound is Battle Sound 27 which falls under Code Numbers 517 for regular attack, 518 for Smaaaash! and 519 for Miss.
