The Big Pile of Puke, known in Japan as Huge Barfy Slime is an enemy that appears in the game EarthBound that can be battled in the Deep Darkness area. It shares its overworld sprite with Master Belch, but appears in-battle as various shades of brown. It can bash a single character, exhale stinky gas to make all of Ness's party start crying, spit out mucus to paralyze a character, or make a single character feel nauseous. It shares most of its attacks with the Even Slimier Little Pile, but the Big Pile of Puke's ability to make a character nauseous is replaced by calling for another Even Slimier Pile in battle. The Big Pile of Puke enemy is weakest against PSI Freeze.
