The Ancient Dragonfly is an enemy in Mother 3. It can be encountered in battle on Tanetane Island. They appear to be a dragon-like creature with four scrawny legs and a two pairs of wings. It can use a weak fire attack that hits the entire party and may set them on fire. When you are hallucinating after eating the Hallucination Mushrooms, they will look like either Flint or Claus. After the party leaves Tanetane, these beasts can only be encountered again if the player chooses to return to Tanetane island via the ocean floor. Their battle theme is More Troublesome Guys.
