The Absolutely Safe Capsule is a device that appears in Mother 3. It was designed by Dr. Andonuts, for use by Pokey Minch, to protect him from any threats outside the capsule. The Absolutely Safe Capsule is put to use by Pokey when his bed mecha fails during the final battle of Mother 3, wherein he discovers its ultimate flaw: once sealed, the capsule cannot be re-opened. So while Pokey is indeed "absolutely safe," he is trapped in the machine forever, doomed to spend eternity in isolation.
